Spring 2023 Nutrition Kickstart

Our Spring Nutrition Kickstart begins on April 15th!

Coach Tony is organizing the kickoff seminar and will be coaching everyone who signs up for the six weeks of nutrition coaching.

The goal of the initial seminar is to provide a hands-on experience to teach you the basics of nutrition and provide you with a variety of fueling strategies. Tony will explain how to determine how much you should be eating, what types of foods you should be eating, and introduce a number of fueling options based on your lifestyle. He will review key factors to consider when deciding what style of fueling is right for you so your approach is not overbearing but still helps you make healthy choices.

Expect to learn about food, habits, and how to match a diet with your lifestyle based on the following factors:

  • Goals

  • Lifestyle

  • Time

  • Desired level of involvement

Members who opt in for the 6 weeks of nutrition coaching will receive direct guidance on what fueling option Tony recommends for you given your lifestyle and preferences, as well as bi-weekly check ins to help you navigate the nutrition option you choose.

The Nutrition Kickstart Includes…

  • Initial nutrition seminar: Saturday, April 15th @ 11AM @ TPH

  • Final group discussion: Saturday, May 27th @ 11AM @ TPH

  • Interactive worksheets, BMR, and initial macro set up

  • Guidance on a variety of eating styles

  • Bi-weekly 20 minute check ins with Coach Tony (3 total, including the final group discussion)

Pricing

  • Kickoff seminar on April 15th: FREE to members, $20 for non-members

  • Nutrition Kickstart: $199 for six weeks of nutrition coaching (up to 20 people)
